We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applies), and in its original packaging. We understand that football boots are likely to be tried on for size when you receive them - we kindly ask you to please do so on a surface that will not mark or damage the studs / soleplate! For example, inside the household and NOT on rough surfaces or artificial grass! Thank You in advance.

We cannot be responsible for the item whilst it is being returned, and so we advise using a reliable, trackable service to ensure it is returned safely.

The simplest way to exchange your item for something else is to make a new order. You can return the original item, and once the return is accepted, a refund is processed.

Used/Pre-owned Items 
Unfortunately Used/Pre-owned items can not be refunded. The condition of all boots can be seen in the photographs provided. Should you require and further close up photos or details, please feel free to email us at theboothive@hotmail.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Other Non-refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for 'Gift Card' purchases.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund will be approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
